Response time

We commit to responding within 48 hours. For deletion requests, we complete deletion within 30 days of receipt.

How to submit a deletion request

1. Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
2. Include the SNS account handle (@xxxx) of the target in the body
3. Specify the data types (post metadata / media / metrics / etc.) you want deleted

Revoking the authorization from each SNS’s app settings will immediately delete the associated tokens. See Privacy Policy §8 for details.
